No, the belief is that men go to hell for their sin and that Jesus is the only means for men to be rid of their sins ( by virtue of his death for man's sin). This must also be understood within the context of the belief that all sin is equal, so all men are equally guilty before God.

so if you're not a christian, but you are a genuinely good human being, you think that that person will go to "hell" just because he doesn't beleive in jesus? But when a christian murders somebody and repents, he will go to heaven just because he said sorry for his crime and beleives in jesus?
