ok, now seriously, this chic doesnt deserve to have kids! & just because the lil girl didnt have any marks on her dont mean she didnt get the shit scared out of her! I dont care if she was throwing a tantrum or not, SHE IS A SMALL CHILD! and the other chic with that mother needs to be charged too, I would NEVER let anyone do that, even if I didnt know her, and was by chance walking by & saw it happening, I would have gotten charged too, for beating that womans ass!

ok, first of all I'm puerto rican born and raised in the island living in Orlando, FL, and thats not the way that my mom raised me, and I dont know no body who would do something like that to a child. so that was just a lame excuse of her. I also want to let people know that puerto ricans cant be deported because we are AMERICANS just like YOU.. and I know that a lot of latinas dress like prostitutes and act ghetto but theres a lot of good, well- raised latinas with values like my mother and me.

In my opinion that is a form of abuse. To spray a young child like that with a high powered pressure hose is uncalled for. There are so many other ways to deal with an unruly child. The point is that it was a pressure hose and even though the child didn't have any injuries the hose was not the ideal form of punishment for this child. What is the mother going to use next time the child misbehaves, a gun?
