This baby porcupine (also called porcupet) eats a banana. You'll hear tiny squeaks--those are hiccups!His mother was killed when she was hit by a car and someone got him to licensed wildlife rehabilitator Gail Buhl. He was orphaned and imprinted on humans and is now living at Wolf Ridge Environment Learning Center in northern Minnesota.

She's just being careful with it, it's not threatened or scared so it's quills are not 'up' but they can still become embedded in your skin if you're not careful. They are very hard to remove, and very painful. Notice that she's also wearing an coat and things to protect herself from the porcupine's quills.

trained in what? In survival? Sure it's adjusted to humans but animals eat and have bodily functions on their own
