Yeah i think you need to up the lbage. I weight 155 and (at least for now) 35 gives me a pretty good workout (especially during Helen).

Annie is a total STUD! Question about Kettlebells. I have done the exact swing, mechanically correct for speed. I dont feel muscle specifics during and am not sore after. I feel the anaerobic effect of the fast movement, but not localized fatigue. I am limited to a 22lb ( I think) kb and I weigh 180. Is that the issue? That I just need to increase the load, b/c as of now, I dont see what the fuss is about, and would always like another exercise tool to work with.

Great video. Try doing "The Animal": 150 swings for time with the 2pd (70#) bell. Brutal.

I like this video because it is a simple and high quality explanation of the drill.

Nice work there! Especially with the 32 kg bell. There are different approaches to the swing out there. The problem as I see it in this video is the use of joggingshoes. Shoes with thick soles isolate the body mechanically from the ground and thereby makes the exercise less effective. It also increases the risk of injuries. Again...great work Annie!
