He acted on faulty intelligence that Bill Clinton and Al Gore even bought into. A lie is when you know something to be true, but say something contrary to it. George Bush, along with NATO, Bill Clinton, and 39 of the 47 Democrats in Congress sure believed there were W.M.D.'s, and so did I.
