My acne cleared up when I stopped consuming Dairy products. I use a little Oxy-10, but truthfully almost NEVER need it, as long as I avoid dairy.

My dermatologist never told me it was about what I eat.I have actually gotten to the point where I believe that doctors are not great people.I believe they don't want to offend the Dairy Council. I wish I'd realized the direct correlation between my acne and dairy ages before I did.

I thought it had nothing to do with what I eat...did you used to drink alot of milk/dairy products??? I think I could do that but thanks for any info!!

STEAM ROOMS , go to a steam room once a day for a good few weeks , and that should get rid of it all , and then jump in the shower or bath aftwards , dont put anything on the skin , nothing at all , maybe a oil free moisturiser thats it , but putting all these products off the shelves on your skin , will just make it worse , ive tryed nearly everything , trust me , just stick to the steam rooms , ull be alright , and pills off the doctors are crap , they dont work ,

hey i'm 14,live in virginia, i have a very wooded backyard and during the summer when everything is in full bloom its veryy humid down there and (for me anyways), the humidity helps my skin alot, it even opens up some pores so i hope that helps! btw i don't have acne

As long as it doesn't contain dairy products, I'm fine.Milk Chocolate==VERY BADPumpkin Pie (contains milk) VERY BAD
