the idea of these were for SWAT, stupid. and besides, it's not meant to scare them into submission. It's meant to get them to hesitate, providing the crucial extra seconds needed to diffuse the situation.

they keep talkin about intimidation, do they really think, soilders are going to be scared when they put their lives on the line everyday of their life(enermy), so what if you have all this and that technology. it dont scare them, they still going to blow them up and force your to take away more rights and liberties lol
