I'm sorry you feel this way, but I don't believe I am decieving people. I have read a lot of books about the subject and I am merely sharing the information I found there and telling others. I'm not saying veganism is right, I'm just saying information and people can take it or leave it.If you look, there are a lot of professionals who also claim that there are benefits of veganism.Personally, I believe the current style of healthy omnivorous diet is an oxymoron of sorts. It's all subjective.

that's great :D if you don't feel it's possible in your area, but you are still concerned about animals/health/environment etc, then reducing consumption and changing to free-range/cage free and organic meat, dairy and egg produce is a great way of using your financial power to support more ethical animal product production. good luck and thank you for watching :)

"healthy vegan" no such thing its like saying skinny sumo wrestler .Its an oxymoron. I do not hate vegans i am just bothered that you deceive people with disinformation. All the indigenous cultures that thrived none were vegetarian let alone vegan . Good on you if you really believe this crap but dont push it onto others

Thank you for expressing yourself in the way you have. Especially when you said that you're not saying it's right or that vegans are better than anyone else (or along those lines). I am curious about veganism and coming from another vegan's channel where the tone in her videos is quite condescending and I do feel the holier-than-thou attitude, it turned me off wanting to know more. A complete vegan lifestyle is not an option where I live however I realize I can limit my intake. Thank you!

great job ;D . it's all true too. since going vegan i feel loads healthier. i get sick less often, and my asthma is greatly improved. i also have loads more energy than i did before. i eat basically the same as everyone else, only regular dairy is replaced with soy stuff, and meat with vegan fake meats, etc. the only problem I've ever had with it is eating out, so i always pack food when i go somewhere now. does anyone else find that most restaurants are very bias against vegans???

indeed, apparently the hormones in dairy milk causes acne... i suppose it depends also on how prone you are to it, but i would imagine that a low-fat dairy free diet would stand the best chance of avoiding acne

But I have seen vegetarians who eat a lot of yogurt and cheese with some acne, not crazy, just some.

that is a very good point! ever since going veggie at 13 i've never had acne... and neither has most of my veggie friends... :)

I've never seen a vegan with acne. I'll continue to trying to dig up any LOL.

Same. I don't take any supplements, and I'm healthy as a horse. My doctor just recently told me I'm her healthiest patient. =] (I'm also Vegan.) |
