Don't even do these routines as they are not proper Pilates exercises. Research Classical Pilates. This is the bst, original and most effective form of Pilates. If you have to do this appaling routine however you can do do it either time although evenings maybe slightly better as your body is more wakened up and your muscles are less stiff then they are when you wake up. I personally work out morning and evening but I'm quite obsessed by fitness anyway.

does anyone know what time would be best to do these routines?i read somewhere that doing them in the morning is not as effective as in the evening, but i always feel heavier and less energized in the evening.

I've been doing her workouts for the past 2 weeks and love them. They're to the point and have gotten my butt in gear. So, go form or not, I'm getting results I like and have felt better about my body then I have in a long time. Rock on chica. :)

um she looks pretty fit to me. Which is evidence that some of what she's doing is right. btw some of these moves are not even pilates, they are western ergonomic exercises.

I agree. I'm a Pilates teacher and her form isn't right. Her hips come up on the leg circles and her legs arn't straight. She does the exercises, but not 100% correctly, which in Pilates is so important and one of the first things you learn. Posture and body alignment.

Type in Classical Pilates on youtube to see how real Pilates is supposed to be executed properly. Do not fall for this sham of Pilates. A real trainer will have studied the method for MANY years before being able to teach it correctly. It cannot be learnt in a month course or in some extreme cases, 2 day Gym courses. Which is what the woman in the video looks like she has probabley done.
