he's rebelling against his "parents"(Keroro and friends) like a teenager,it is something that all keronians must go through to become an adult

At the end the narator says "So Tamama's rebelious phase countinued a little bit longer" and after that, while everyone else is getting mad at Dororo, Tamama goes back to being his usual self.

Stage 3 was having Natsumi complain about Tamama littering and saying how in considerate he's being. Stage 4 was basically supposed to end in Tamama being punched in the face, but almost failed when Keroro started playing arcade games, though they still managed to clear the stage when Natsumi threw Keroro & Giroro for making her skirt fall down. The last stage was supposed to be Dororo telling Tamama that nothing good comes from acting that way but he forgot the last bit of his line

The reason Tamama was acting that way was because he was going through a rebelious stage(appearentally all Keronians go through one shortly before adult-hood) so they were trying to end it by following a book that lists the best process for it. Stage 1 was having Giroro tell Tamama that he's worried about him acting this way and saying that he misses the usual Tamama. Stage 2 was having Fuyuki tell Tamama that this is not the best way to grow-up
