omg dont starve your self that is the dumbest thing to do hun! because when you starve yourself then do eat your body stores the fat like crazy!! but if you keep eating small healthy meals through out the day you will digest your food faster which will speed up your metabolism and that will make you lose weight alot faster than anything and you'll feel great!!! and also dont eat after 5. :D But dont starve yourself that is just painful :(
