NEw and fresh music couldn't have been THAT far. I've been listening to new music all my life, and there are more fascinating new stuuff than just Vampire Weekend. You know?

The first time I heard this, I thoughtthe drums were like dancehall. It hooked me inside, and as soon as I plaid attention to the rest of the song, I enjoyed it so slowly that I was kind of disappointed at how short it was when the last of the beat was pummeled.
