if you ask me,Russia makes very good helicopters...for instance...Mil Mi 24 "Hind"...its armor plates are so thick,that standard AA shells can't destroy him...so i've heard...still i could be wrong...

Try UT air, check "mi 26 heavy lift" vid and there is one of their choppers doing a lift. Based out off Tyumen airport, dunno how far from where you want but its a start.

this baby has 2x engines ZMKB Lotarev D-136 with 8383 kW each...and can carry up to 56000 kg...very impressive...i read somewhere that even Switzerland rents them...
