Yeah I know, but neither are part of a specific religion.If you asked an Atheist about religion they might say: God absolutely does not existIf you asked an Agnostic about religion they might say: I really don't know if there is a god, and my mind is open to either possibility, but I can't know and neither can you (which that last part is technically true)For the record faith does not equal knowledge, and it takes some faith to be Atheist since the non existence of God cannot truly be proven

Atheism is the complete denial of a god, gods, goddesses, or any form of greater being or beings. Agnostic? They never rule out the possibility of there being a god, they just don't take a side in things.
