I have an Epiphone Les Paul. Has the Gibson look and sound pretty similar. Good guitar. I would recomend it for someone who wants a Les Paul and cant afford a Gibson. BUT.. I still want a Gibson : ) haha

I think the gibson is best but the les paul epiphone could be more better for the people want a good guitar with not alot of money. a guitar close to the function of the standart les paul gigson is the les paul STUDIO epiphone thats a very good guitar

It blew me away. I had set a side $550 and was looking at getting an electric guitar and was checking out the epis as well as Gibson's and Fender's and when I played a VM in the store I was floored. The sound of it is what I wanted it's easy to play and affordable. I have always liked a natural finish. So it was the perfect match. For me it was a no brainer wait a few more months and I could save up a little bit more money and then buy it.
