This has to seriously be one of the best (definitely top 3) video recordings of Radiohead performing, ever. The way Thom Yorke totally loses himself to this song is amazing. This song is totally breathing life in the clip.

it's called thumbs down for some reason that I can't fully understand...there were two versions of each video made,one called Scotch Mist,the other thumbs down. Scotch Mist seems to be a series of short movies with an In Rainbows song as their centerpiece. the thumbs down versions are just straightforward live videos that I seem to remember were created for a website called thumbs down...but don't quote me to that bit.
