yeh, because they were in in huge fucking boats with 50 cals and grenade launchers while the Marines were in a rubber dhingy. Royal Marines have a thing called brains so they would not risk a fire fight where as the USMC would take them on and be instantly killed.

I lookedn into that event online at the CNN archieve. it killed 2 people. and the strikes were carried out by NATO, which could be any of 26 nations. The US opposed stikes in the area in the first place to begin with. And even so, they were against military targets, insurgents probably (these people like to hid in hospitals so that their attackers get bad press if they engage).

How many is Royal Marines ? 8000 ? They have an aircrafts or attack Helicopters ? USMC is a "little" army in US Armed Forces.
