Wonderful video. We just need to feel and listen with whole our heart and open our mind.

Beautiful, True and difficult to swallow, but isn't that the very Nature of existence?

I like his personification of the creator/created dialog. He has a really great way of expressing existential concepts with a laugh.

Thanks for your clarification and tip. Cheers. Good talking. Take care.

My apology for my lack of clarity when I typed my response to you. What I meant to say, and The Book of Coming Forth By Day (The Egyptian Book of the Dead) empasised is that the feather of Truth had to balance with the Heart on the Scales of MAAT, the Goddess of Truth.

I was considering the Tibetan Book of the Dead as well as the Egyptian Book of the Dead (The Book of Coming Forth by Day). I know that Baba Ram Dass is a spiritual being and so I wanted to touch on a few religious matters. I too believe in the Balance Factor, This is important. By the way, Baba Ram Dass wrote an excellent book titled: Be Here Now, which is a psychedelic manual for acidheads too. With EternalLove and Spiritual Discovery,--Nikolai

My apologies if I have misinterpreted what you were saying. I felt that you were emphasising the heart over the mind, with your last sentence. While i personally believe that they have to be balanced ideally.

I just got your message. I would like you to explain to me if my post was one-sided or if the XVIII'th Dynasty's religion in Egypt was one sided. I agree that it requires the balance of the two. The feather of truth (MAAT's feather) was balanced against the Heart on the Scales of Anpu in Osirian (Asar-un-Nefer's) Egyptian perspective. If the feather of Truth (The Mind) balanced against the Heart, then the soul was cast into the jaws Amut (The Hell Monster) where the soul was destroyed. Thanks |
