RUMORS say the driver was texting. His record was clear otherwise. Young Margay Schee died. She was popular and smart and pretty. My daughter goes to this same school and rides a bus also each day.

I know.If he keeps it I guarantee it'll happen again.He'll probably lose it though.13 infractions is too many.Especially when you kill someone.He oughta be thinking the lord above that he didn't die cause I couldn't even tell what kinda truck it was.

wow. I am suprised that he keeps his CDL, after the fact that they checked his phone records to see if he was on the phone or not...

The driver was on his cell phone.He said he did not see the bus.I think it is real hard to miss a huge yellow bus.Anyways,the driver has plenty of infractions on his record,most minor,but I think he had about 12 total,and I have no idea how he was able to keep his CDL,but He worked for a hispanic-owned trucking company,so you know no disciplinary action was ever taken.I believe charges will be filed.R.I.P Frances Margay Schee.
