Nick has already done two other murders. He killed Reg Cox in 1985 by beating him up to death and he killed Eddie Royle by stabbing him in 1991. 10 years later he tries to kill Mark Fowler, by cutting his brakes on his bike. Instead he kills his own son, which he really didn't mean to.
