It dosen't matter how much a goldfish is, it's just that a goldfish has personality, if your in a room with a goldfish he or she will be watching you, and they will try to get your attention, because of that, they should be treated better,in they also eat cat's too!! a holes

Actually, goldfish need space at this ratio: 1 square foot of surface area to 1 inch of goldfish. The depth only needs to be deep enough for them to be comfortable, but I suppose that they were not really thinking about that when they did this. I won't get depressed, however, because after all, it is a goldfish. I can go get a replacement to offset the loss for 15 cents.

as if goldfish arent treated bad enough.It is Illegal to eat goldfish, keeping them in a bowl, or to flush them down the toilet in Italy. we need those laws here in North America.seeing this bullshit happening to goldfish sickens me. I hate that guy. how would people like to be given away at fairs as prizes, then living for 2 weeks and being flushed down the toilet. I have had my goldfish for 2 years, it's not hard to take care of them.

Cruel??? How can you be cruel to a goldfish? It's not a sentient being, and doesn't feel pain. Besides, it would be quite humorous to watch one of them accidently swim into the oil. I wonder if it would completely burn before it floated to the top ?
