Oh yes, I use a bow. When I said that I break my knocks if I shoot the same dot repeatedly I wasn't kidding. The only reason I said what I did is that noone can do it regularly. The simple phenomenon of "archers paradox" keeps even the fat Korean kid from doing it even twice out of 100 attempts. They didn't show the other 99 misses. I admit the kid's good,way better than me, he probably never missed by more than an inch or two

the bow tilts away from the hand while the arm stays still, called "follow through", it is the archery equivalent of Tiger Woods continuing his swing long after the ball is struck

In korea, national archery team has special traing course. they trained in special force for few weeks, trained to overcome fear. and in case of noise, sometimes they practice in an open space, etc.. just 'masters'
