You know what Quedorf your right, ramming ships the way they do is illegal, and they have actually used the term "rules of the road" in one of their clips after being rammed by a canadian coast gaurd ship. I'm not denying the fact that what they do is often illegal, but I am saying that it is necessary. Why should Sea Shepherd follow the "rules of the road" when these companies are breaking laws set up by the IWC to protect these species.

I've stated this before. As members of society we are either part of the problem or contribute to a solution. Paul Watson needs no affirmation as he is certainly contributing.. Even with your clever banter, you quedorf are a prime example as a member who is part of the problem. Your rationale is absurd and perhaps if you actually did some research, you would wake up from your self indulgent haze. Good luck to you. Paul Watson.. you are truly a hero.

LOL. It seems like these "jackass punks" know a lot more about the consequences of the overwhelming slaughter of marine life on this planet then the people who are causing the destruction. I am not brainwashed. I am against the people who are brainwashed by greed and lack understanding of the balance of nature. By condemning their conservation efforts, you are condemning the human race. All species are interconnected. Do you know anything about ecology? Clearly not.

I do believe there is such a thing as absolute morality, but there is only one and that is that we should all do what will have the best consequences/ induce the least amount of suffering and pain to all those affected by our actions. If you read the workds of the philosopher Peter Singer you'll find he thinks the same. It's not immoral to tell another person that its immoral to cause harm to another living creature.

What is this stupid slave analogy. Don't be a dick head. If you want to argue a point, argue a point, but being a knob is just pathetic. Also you know nothing of morality. Morality is subjective, and to try to push your morality onto others is in itself immoral. You can make anything you choose immoral in your own mind, but that does not mean it is a fact. It only means that you believe it. There is no such thing as absolute morality.

If he wants to make claims that he thinks we should boycott use of seal pelts. Fine. If he wants to make claims that we should supply retraining to those who seal hunt, then fine. But that is not exciting, and that does not get money and fame. Instead he takes his ship out with his flunkies, and endangers the lives of those hunters. He should be in jail, and in many countries he would. Even his own country of canada has no use for him.

Just one acts illegally, and risks others lives to do what they do, and the other does it to make a living for their families. SO which do I hold in higher regard. It is obvious. Not those who have a idealist agenda, and a moron leader who makes false claims, and never actually researches what he claims. And if you want proof, check out his speech on NFLD. He had all his facts wrong, and basically was pandering to the lowest common denominator. Not very responsible.

And just so you know. I have known people and worked with people who have worked in the seal hunt industry. Do I support what they do. No. Do I support jackass punks risking these peoples lives for something they know nothing about. NO. People who support groups like sea shepherd are brainwashed into believing anything they are told and disconnecting with human life. And Like I said, but you being obviously brainwashed, I do not support either group.
