I've never heard anyone else make comparisons of MM and XTC, but yeah. not that MM is an XTC ripoff or anything. but there are similarities. especially this song.

I saw modest mouse live, and it was a great set up, and it was disappointing. At one point, the main guy gave his guitar to a stage hand so he could yell into the mike for a song. Worst band I've ever seen live, and I've seen 20+ good, famous bands.
