look, it's very simple really. my position is a pet industry regulated,controlled,taxed is ultimately easier to controll than black market enterprises. Why can't you see this?

so,,,,"you don't care" about how hard it will be to control a nation of black market dogs being sold by millions of people?This is not about the american government. This is about taking a situation you don't like and making it harder to control. Look what happened when the govt tried the prohibition of alcohol. It failed miserably and was sold illegally. When the govt makes anything illegal it just goes underground,making it harder to control. it does not stop anything.

ummmm, don't you care to comment on how impossibly hard it will be to control a nation of black market dogs being sold by millions of back yard breeders who are unlicensed and no tax revenue to fund enforcement of dog laws?

im extreamly happy to hear this. its great. i hope everyone get the message that "muts" are great dogs and to adopt all there animals form shelters, etc.
