hey wagglemonkey there were jewish folks that settled in argentina. i have a latina friend with mixed heritage from argentina. that's beside your point of course. when you see comments that frustate you remember there are alot of people in this country they aren't exposed to a wide of cultures. i take certain comments as an opportunity to educate. peace

This type of drumming most often takes place at HBCU's or Historic Black Colleges and Universities. These institutions were set up during a time when higher education was segregated and just over a 100 HBCU's continue to this day.
