Keisabi,Iam sorry but I don't deal with pounds, anyway, there is no woman at the gym where I exercise who is able to lift more weight than I do. I train 4 days a week and I do "supinos" (I am affraid you don't call it like this in English. Sorry about that; I will try to find out the name)with 48 kilograms. By the way I 've been pumping iron for only one year now. And before you say anything... I know 48 kilograms is not too much, but I am no power lifter and one year is such a short time...

that´s the main reason i haven´t decided yet.if you are using supplements it means u r not eating correctly...i mean, a diet should be enogh (without supplements). that might be my mayor concern.

no way dude, what are you lifting like 10 lbs? vegan is bad, carl lewis is about the only athletic veg ever, and i GUARANTEE he used a lot of supplements

Very very good point!Only eat fermented soy as Tempeh, Miso etc.Vitamin B12 is in the SOIL!Either grow your own vegetables and don't clean them too much when you're about to eat them, or if you get organic produce, same, don't wash'em too much, you need the dirt!!!

I'm considering it too.Although I love meat, I might still try it out because of all the benefits and animal cruelty around...

Don't be affraid. Go vegan! It's tasty and healthy.
