Ok. First off, one of the main reasons all government have the people by the balls 24/7 is because they MAKE us to to them for our energy. And then, knowing we really don't HAVE to go to them for Hydrogen, because the technology that already exists can simply be given to the people to make it inside ALL vehicles themselves.
