You should probably look up metabolic typing and learn that each person has a different mebtabolic and genetic predisposition. Some ppl are protein types some are carb types. If either eats the way the other should they get thrown outta wackThere is no ONE SIZE FITS ALL answer for everyone. Each person is different and requires diff information. I know your heart is in the right place though-Tko

Also, Fiber is unnecessary. And corn isn't a vegetable, its a grain. Grains and cereals have little to no place in a healthy diet.Cheers,

Your intentions are in the right place here but your science is outdated a little bit. I'm right there with you on steamed vegetables. They are delicious and I love them, but the body needs fat. Adding real butter to your vegetables is great for you. As long as you keep your refined carbohydrates in check. An average person should stay below 300 grams per day of carbs, if you're trying to lose weight, staying below 150 is very helpful. Cheers,

I can't really do push-ups because I have arthritis in my left wrist. {=(But, I still try. I try very hard. ;-;Weight training comes by better for me though.

and i have never liked rice at all! lol but i know that sacrifices must be made! so im going to start eating rice, alittle at a time! my problem is meat! point blank! i love meat and veggies! i just eat the wrong portion! so i know where i definatley need to cut back at!!!
