Part 3/4:Interviewer: You are old, not successful and never will be- get over it and pay homage to those who HAVE worked hard and DESERVE their space in the sun. Even if you FEEL they don't- your opinion is like an unflushed toilet. Don't get angry, be what you want to be and don't get angry at others who get there faster or are luckier.

Part 1/2:I'm speaking from ignorance here (as I haven't seen the interviewer guy movies apart from this one) but who the HELL are you?? Steve Carell has worked hard to get where he is and you... well- the other one is a NObody. Gee who is more successful? The fat guy who should wash his mouth out with soap (and hopefully rat poison) or the successful/funny actor comedian.
