Wow, as a vegan its great to see a man who knows how to cook and good looking. I'm still a vegan who doesn't cook much but a lot of heating up of pre made vegan products. I'm trying to commit to more fresh cooking, not just smoothies.

I like the soba noodles, but the canton noodles are great too.

Nice dish. I'm not vegan but I do go veg from time to time. Maybe like for a week or two. sometimes a whole month. I agree it's healthy to cut meat out of the diet now and again --especially RED meat. To your dish I would have fried in a peanut oil base, added , mushrooms, some spicy asian red pepper flakes, and some snow pea pods. I would add the dark roasted seasame oil in the last minute. I like to use tofu but after watching would you did I will definitely try tempeh! Bon Appitite!

hi can you tell me an ingredients check list when I go to the store? Also that broccoli looks exotic, I not sure i've seen it here. What other greens can I use? Thanks(^_^)
