What setbacks? I would go a little further.Small shuttles (who's phasers are stronger than the SDS's one's) fly to the ISDs and SDS and beam explosive shells into the reactors.SW cannot detect them, because they are not able to detect ships on their hulls!

yes the force would help reflexes... not speed. Luke skywalker dodge how many right after each other? That is impossible unless he moves the speed of light.How can you dodge three shots at once? even if you know where they are going. You cant unless they are really slow. Like in star wars.Luke skywaler does not jump out of the way, or dodge when then move he dodges 10 blasts and shit. Which would mean there lasers are super slow.

not really, the borg's ability to adapt to the empire's weaponry is non-existant, in the words of admiral ackbar "our cruisers(or in this case cubes) cannot repel firepower of that magnitude."there's no frequency or modulation to adapt to, and the sheer concentrated power of a turbolaser bolt puts even a species 8472 ship to shame...

not half as slow as phaser bolts since a ferengi can duck under Worf's phaser shot AFTER he fired from less than 5 meters away.seriously have you never heard of the force? the ability to predict the future a few seconds in advance thus giving you super-human reflexes. besides blaster bolts visually travel much faster than phaser beams and bolts travel.

Star Wars would own on both land and space. One their fleets are so much bigger. Two, the fire power on a Star Destroyer has far more power than the Star Trek phasers. And of course three, Star Wars has the force on their side.On land, well that should be a given.
