Only I think, if you know how to use them. Leary and Ram Dass and their contemporaries were very strong in themselves when they started their journey. Someone with weaknesses in their minds/souls risks increasing these weaknesses. It's not the drugs that are dangerous but the minds that use them.

For anyone who likes this I strongly recommend his writings. Journey of Awakening and The Only Dance There Is are my favorites. Be Here Now is a little trippy but still a great read! |
