You cant back money with credit.Credit is not any type of legal tinder.The only legal tinder according to the constitution are commodities such as gold or silver.

The Fed is printing money like crazy because banks are not lending, the money they printed is for banks to lend but they are not doing. Your employers need credit to pay you. We are in a deflationary period, when the economy recovers is when we might see hyperinflation because of this since they are trying to fix the problem too quickly. I am not sure what you mean by printing money with nothing to back in, the government backs the money with its credit rating which is in danger.

Minaung,you have totally missed the point.You wont sustain growth if the money is continueing to be printed with nothing to back it.Btw,have you seen any of the money that was injected for the economy?What about the trillions of dollars missing from the pentagon 1 day before 911?This is all about greed.The Fed was an act to create wealth for bankers to steal from the people in 1910.Now take a look at 1933 gold hoarding,guess hwere it went...the fed.People were forced to give up their gold...

Are you all idiots? The Fed is the central bank and other American Banks can become members, most are. Fed prints money at interest, lends it to the banks, banks lend it to you at higher interest. Whatever profit the fed makes goes to the treasury. It was Alan Greenspans idea of keeping low interest rates that helped get us into this mess, if Fed printed money at 0% interest that would make it a lot worse. You need interest rates to control credit and sustain growth. Stop believing in all this.

thats wierd because thats how i did my research was all thru wiki.But yeah you are right,the media is controlled by the gov...but they cant take history away...it is what it is...they just like to keep it covert by not bringing it up.ha

Sorry, I only read the "Federal Reserve" article in Wikipedia. Was it a link off that huge page somewhere? The main body was pro-Fed and walked all around the Jeckyl Island facts, like it was all Aldrich's idea. Never saw the word Jeckyl Island, except in the Bibliography. When I looked up Jeckyl Island separately in Wikipedia: "no results."
