For just being a gas station security cam, he has a pretty damn nice computer setup that he is monitoring it from. Its not like he is sitting there with old school tapes and a lil black & white monitor. He has the means to edit it if he wanted to. I'm not debunking this or saying it isnt real, just saying that he could have photoshop.

I investigate paranormal activities, and have been for 20+ years. This is simply a bug or SOMETHING small playing around on the plastic protective covering over the lens of the camera. It is in NO WAY paranormal. I would say the blue coloring is due to a bad camera adjustment or "tape doctoring."

This video was recorded over a year ago and was put on the news over a year ago also. I saw it on the news because I live in Ohio, the state it was recorded in. You did not see this on the news last week, you sir are a liar.
