blaming the USDA for these kinds of things is a lot like blaming the cops for every drunken driver that hits someone. you can't be in every place at all times, and when they are there, it's a hostile situation (notice the people cheering when the inspector was driven out). it's a thankless, underpaid, crappy gov't job. blame the people that drive the market - those that insist on "purebred" dogs, regardless of the quality or horrible source.

poor babys!!!!!!!!! i feel like going and killing those nasty people that would do this to those beuatiful babys! amagine how much pain they are in and how scared they are. its so cruel. this has to become aligal

Why is the auctioneer painted in the negative light?It seems to me that it's the backyard breeders and puppy millers that cause these problems.

I can't beleive they allow such practices to go on!! That is so sad and disgusting that people would do that! I don't understand what this world is coming too......

The Amish community is now seen in a different lime light. They are suppose to be against violence. Each one of these buyers should be required to witness euthanasia in animal shelters before they are allowed to buy any dogs for breeding. It is a heartbreaking cycle - cage, breed, give birth, kill the unwanted - all for money!!! Heartless people! And what is wrong with the USDA?? Get some responsible people in there!
